"My favorite Bible story at the moment is Mary Magdalene searching for Jesus at the tomb. It is found in John 20. She is a hot mess crying over the loss of the One that changed her life forever & then He was right there in front of her. It gives me straight CHILLS when He says her name & she realizes it is Jesus.
favorite hobby?
"I’m not sure if I have just one favorite hobby- I enjoy binge watching tv shows & movies (mostly from the 80’s), spending time with family & friends, snapping some candids and cooking new foods."
what's one thing not a lot of people know about you?
"One thing that people may not know about me is I have an unhealthy obsession with Ireland. I would LOVE to live there."

Hi! My name is Desiree. I have been married for 7 and a half years and a new[ish] mom to our promise baby girl! I have been serving in student ministry almost 10 years now! I have been apart of this amazing team of ladies for a while now and I absolutely love their hearts and compassion to continually lead others to Christ!
favorite book of the Bible/Bible verse?
My favorite verse of all time is simple and is “Be still and know I am God” Psalm 46:10. It just gives me peace in the midst of chaos that if I just simply stop, be still and listen that I will hear Him. I also love the story of Job and love to learn about the women in the Bible that were barren. Not only is it relatable, but it shows us that no matter what Gods plan is for our lives that He is always faithful! We just have to trust Him.
favorite hobby?
I love to pour into young girls and children. I also love to hang out with friends/ family, and shop!
what's one thing not a lot of people know about you?
I finally get to go to Disney World for the first time this year (hopefully) and get to experience it with my little girl!
